View Siri search history with iOS 14

How do I see the questions and results for questions I recently asked Siri? (I’m new to iPhone.) I see in old posts that before iOS 14 the user swiped down when Siri is active. This doesn’t work with the new interface.

From Apple Support in Twitter:

“Viewing Siri history is not currently a feature of iOS 14. If you would like to leave feedback about that, you can do so here: s.apple.com/dE4n8C6o3X”.

Please do that if you would find this useful. I did.

Here are a couple of sort of work arounds I found: 1) Pull down on the Home Screen and use Search. This holds the last query and results. Or 2) just use Google or Bing in Safari. Neither is ideal but better than repeatedly trying to remember a search phrase with Siri.

Thanks. This shows the last Siri response but it doesn’t show history beyond that last response. Per Apple, previous Siri responses aren’t available. I did realize the Siri back link that appears in the upper left corner at least gets the last response as long as I stay in the Siri context and that helps.

I I’m having the same problem and most of the references I find on Apple site and elsewhere no longer work. Siri proven useless for answering this question and the apples website so far it hasn’t been very helpful. Why can’t Apple make our lives easier by including Pop-up message for telling us how to do this. Also we should be able to print the results of this research I left a PDF or a hardcopy for the reference or to export it to another resource. Pages in the App Store should also be printable into a PDF file hardcopy for other reference relevant material.

How do you enable this (seeing the last Siri query and results on the Home Screen search interface)? I tried this, but the only thing there (when you expand it) is 8 apps under "Siri Suggestions".

I already submitted feedback expressing my constant angst over the removal of features (and this one specifically) in every major iOS update.

I just updated yesterday from 13.x to 14.3 and so far, 3 features I use every day are either gone or no longer work:

  1. Getting back to Siri search results (to select a different result) (this issue)
  2. Tell Siri to "Play WNYC" (in 13.x, Siri would open the WNYC app and start playing, but in 14, I get a nonsensical error about Apple Music)
  3. Facetime Video calls with my parents lasts about a minute before I get a "Call Failed" error, which *never* happened in iOS 13.x - and I facetime video call them *every day* to keep them company while I work from home. I even blogged about how I automated it. And I need to add a warning to the blog post about it not working in iOS 14 if the person on the other end is maxed out at iPadOS 12.5. And... Apple says downgrading to get around this issue is not an option. I even did the clean/fresh install and set up as new and had my parents update from 12.4.9 to 12.5. FaceTime is simply broken between these 2 devices.

I always regret every major iOS update to some degree due to removed/broken features and this one has by far been the worst update I've ever gone through.
