Military Time/24 Hour Time

I have watch OS7 and it looks like 24 hour time/military time has disappeared. Can anyone verify this? Or am I missing where they put the option to switch?

It's still in the same place;

Open the Watch app on your iPhone.
Go to the My Watch tab.
Scroll down and tap Clock.
Switch on 24-Hour Time.
