if I can put analog watch and date on the Lock Screen? And be visible while the phone is closed?

Watch locked I got a new phone, erased my old phone to which my Apple Watch (series 3) was paired. Now my Apple Watch is locked so I can’t get to settings to erase it. How do I do do this so I can pair to my new phone?
