Removing Passes from Wallet, iOS 14
None of the passes added to my Wallet have a “Remove Pass” Button. Opening the Wallet app in Settings, only my bank cards are visible. Installed iOS 14.0.1 on iPhone 11 Pro.

As far as I know.. Passes don't show in Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay
In order to access your Passes, you need to open the Wallet app.
From there you can scroll thru your payment cards and at the bottom you should see your passes.
You can remove a pass by tapping on the pass, selecting the 3 dots in the upper right and selecting Remove Pass in the menu that pops up.
