This has happened a couple times now where the camera/screenshot sound effect will sound and my phone will vibrate a little, but I didn't trigger a screenshot or picture to be taken. I haven't seen any new pictures show up in my photos either afterwards. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Based on your post it sounds like you're hearing camera related sound effects while the camera is not in use on the iPhone? Is that right? We're happy to help advise.
Does this seem to occur while using any specific app or feature on the iPhone? Have you tried force quitting your apps and restarting the iPhone to see if that helps?

Are all your apps updated in the App Store? If so, have you tried testing without a protective case and screen protector? We would also recommend updating your version of iOS as well.
