New iPhone

How do I transfer data from an old iPhone to a new iPhone. But the new one is already set up. I just chose the wrong back up. How do I fix that?

You can start over after erasing. See instructions in Transfer data from your previous iOS device to your new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support including the following from the fine print in the iCloud or iTunes sections:

To erase your device, tap Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings. This erases all data on your device. After you erase it, your device restarts and the "Hello" screen appears.
