New development but I am no longer able to group text from my MacBook when someone in the group has an android. I have always been able to before. I can with my phone - regardless of if I am on wifi or not but iMessages will only go through to iPhone users from my MacBook iMessages but no one if there is an android in the group text.

Yes, I have toggled it off then on again, rebooted the phone, updated the iOS on laptop to newest and I have a strong cell and strong wifi signal.
The names turn red and as opposed to blue and it tells me the person is not registered with iMessage.
Fixed it. I only had my cell number selected on cell phone on the Send and Receive.
You need to have text message forwarding enabled on your iPhone, and your iPhone needs to be connected to the Internet (cell or Wi-Fi).
