The Keynote will be available to stream on apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

Find my phone

I got an email saying find my phone had been turned off, I did not do it and I do not know how to turn it on, all the information online is not applicable.

You need to log back into your iCloud account on the phone and turn it on.

If you don't have physical possession of the phone, you can't turn it on remotely.
