Sport Loop Causing Shipping Delay

I ordered my series 6 watch on 9/15 and got a delivery of 9/28 - 10/1.. it’s now 10/3 and it’s still processing. Talked with live support and was told the Sport Loop makes it special order. I asked if they could give me a new date and all I got was “ I can’t tell you anything because it hasn’t shipped.” Terrible customer service. Anyone else with this problem or any information on shipping dates.

Again, you couldn't possibly have ordered on 9/15. They have no way of knowing what the manufacturing status is so no they cannot give you any kind of update. You said in your other post you didn't get an estimated shipping date when you ordered. I've never seen Apple give a 4 day shipping window it has always been 7. Perhaps you need to check it again.
