Failed Delivery of apple watch

I ordered for an Apple Watch in December and up to now, it is not delivered. I have been unable to get help from Apple Store. I am sure it is lost in transit

So, did you Call Apple Support?

Contact Apple Support, requesting some assistance with this. Screenshare: Perform a screensharing session with the Apple Rep so that they can see this screen you are haling about. This will allow the Apple Rep to see this firsthand from your perspective.
