Empty boxes of Apple watch

hi i ordered latest 2 apple watches in canada they delivered it was in mail box but when i opened they were empty .. plz help some one ..is there any way ..

You need to contact the seller as soon as possible. If you ordered direct from Apple Store online you should have a contact number on your sales docs which will have been emailed to you.

I suggest you also try to get photos of the packing to show any evidence of tampering in transit.

Hi,

I have a same problem, Ordered a apple watch in Canada via Apple Store Online. When the watch got delivered the box was empty. It was delivered yesterday (29th December 2020). I called Apple, they told me that they will investigate an initiate a refund/reshipment within 7-8 Days.

Suggest you to call Apple, they will be able to help
