I can see its settings in Settings. But there is no Health app icon on Home screen.
I tried to use Spotlight to find it by name, but there is no Health app in search results too.
iOS version: 14.0.1
Language: Russian

did you remove the app from the home screen?
swipe left until you get to the App Library.. type Health into the search field or pull downward to get a list of all your apps alphabetically.. scroll to the H's and see if it's listed. If so, just tap and hold, drag back to your home screen
