HEALTH APP on my iPhone XR has disappeared!!!!!

After updating my iPhone to the new iOS 14, I've been missing my Health app on my Home Screen. I've tried a force restart, I've done the Home screen swipe and Search bar typed in Health to search for it and it's still not there. I called customer support and they couldn't figure it out either!!!!

The only place I can see the Health icon is in Settings. I can not set use the Sleep/Wake up mode since it's now in the Health app that is no where to be found.

Does ANYONE have a ANY suggestions on how to get the Apple HEALTH app to my home screen?
