It has no provision for adding it to my apps. I can't access it on this brand new TV even though it's supposed to be included in the apps
Those models could very well include native support for the Apple TV app, but not yet. The Apple TV app for select Sony TVs hasn’t been finalized yet.
Thank you. However, it's my understanding that the 2020 Sony Bravia A8H 65" and 55" TVs were going to include native support for Apple TV, eliminating the need for airplay. This is a major disappointment.
Update your tv firmware, then look for the Apple TV app..
But .... It says Sony is not supported
