What is the number I call for help with my credit/debit card in I wallet

I’m having a hard time setting up my Apple Pay wallet with my debit/credit card. In other words, how do I pay using Apple wallet for paying?

iPhone XR, iOS 13

Apple Pay Card? When I go to the info section of my Apple Cash card. (Not Apple Card) I see "Discover Debit, and then four numbers. It looks like there is a debit card number for the cash card. Is there any way I can use this on sites that don't accept Apple Pay yet, such as amazon? Thanks community!
