Apple Watch

Been a year while moving found my Apple Watch that I had lost, but I no longer has that iPhone and I can’t remember the Apple ID , password , or email at that time. What can I do to disconnect my watch to that phone ?

Without the apple id that was used to pair it makes the watch unuseable.
