I have moved and I can’t change my billing address for Apple Pay. I was able to change the Shipping address. Can anybody help me?

Until recently I did not realize that In Apple ID my payment info is incorrect. They have my address correct as a shipping address but my bill to address remains my old address. I can’t change it when I log in or in my iPad setting. Any advise?

Thank you askbarnabas. I guess I should have explained better. My cards in settings/Wallet & Apple Pay appear to have the correct bill to address, although 1 indicates ship to but not bill to address. Where I am having trouble in Apple ID management. They have my ship to address correct but the billing address is my old address. It can’t be edited From my iPad for some reason. I don’t use my computer much these days. It may not be a concern but It bothers me that I can’t edit it. I don’t want payments refused because of an incorrect bill to address. Thanks again.
