How do I get my phone to turn on and restore all setting because its just showing the solid black screen with the apple sign.

1) Try and Force Restart your iPhone exactly as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:
(2) If the above does not work then - Follow the instructions in this article by Apple ➔ If your iPhone is Non-Responsive or Frozen and see if that helps.

Ive Have tried all ways to restart my phone 11. it still has solid black colour with an apple icon.
