problems with new watchOs7

my apple watch 5 has problems since i installed the new version watchOs7.

resstart automatically, didn´t records all the trainings, didn´t show the way walked or runed, only the start point... etc

Does anyone has the same problems?

Apple Watch OS7.3 buggy. Since I updated to V7.3(18S801) my watch is all but unusable. It will rarely wake from sleep when I raise my wrist, and if it does it more often than not will be stuck at the Apple logo. A hard reset will sometimes force it into operation, but even then apps will lock up and the buttons cease to function. Is there any way to roll back to the previous OS?

Apple watch 6 stuck installing Apple watchOS 10.0.1 I am in the process of installing Apple watchOS 10 on my Apple watch 6. It has been a few hours on the screen with the wheel/clock. The circle is complete but it has not finished the install and restarted. What do I do now?
