Apple Watch OS7.3 buggy.

Since I updated to V7.3(18S801) my watch is all but unusable. It will rarely wake from sleep when I raise my wrist, and if it does it more often than not will be stuck at the Apple logo. A hard reset will sometimes force it into operation, but even then apps will lock up and the buttons cease to function. Is there any way to roll back to the previous OS?
