This seems to be a non-standard disk configuration. Was the original Apple SSD (normally 120Gb) replaced?

If your Mac is supposed to have a Fusion drive, Bootcamp Assistant will use the 'slower' drive to install Windows.

I was also wondering which hdd to use as im thinking of upgrading to 2 tb?
Are you planning to use a HDD or an SSD? BC Assistant can run into issues if it is an SSD. Samsung EVOs are problematic when installing Windows on such a configuration.
