Should I trust a248.e.akamai.net

Every since the latest iOS upgrade I’ve been getting a a248.e.Akamai.net error and it prompts me for an action. Should I trust this certificate?

While restoring my phone which I know how to do might be the answer I would like to know if anyone knows what this is a certificate for? It just shows it expired on 9/18/20. Restoring would only fix the issue if it is corrupted, not expired.

I see I did say "error" so restoring might be appropriate in that case however it is just an expired certificate however doesn't indicate for what.
