When I clicked a reminder. The "flag" and the camera icons become gray. And I don't have a "Flagged" list.... Does anyone else have the same issue or a solution? Thanks!

It sounds like you’re unable to flag and add photos to reminders, and we're happy to help. If you haven’t already, please try restarting the iPad:

Once you have backed up, you can reinstall the iOS software using these instructions:
