Spyware iPhone 11

I am fairly sure I have spyware on my iPhone. Is there a way to find it and delete it? Yes there are companies that have found d a way to put it on an iPhone- all of my passwords have been a data leak notice on them- some I haven’t used in years. He had access to my iPhone.

Please how do I find it and get rid of it?

Spyware problem I think I may have spyware on my iPhone but I’m not 100% sure. My ex has access to my phone without me knowing, and I really feel that I’m being monitored. And no I’m not tweaking. I just need a better understanding about this whole spyware situation. And what can I really do about it.. Or to check myself, Rather then downloading a app to find out, cause most apps really don’t tell you without having to pay money to do extra stuff on the phone. I'm fairly certain that my iPhone's got a Spyware I'm fairly certain that my phone is being tracked and recorded and everything else that goes along with that... How can I find the hidden spy app and access the app as well. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Erase the device and start over.
