iPod Touch not being recognized on the new iTunes

Hi guys,

I plug in my iPod Touch to just sync my music in iTunes. A once simple process has now become frustrating and confusing. iTunes does not show the **** iPod icon to start the syncing. Where has this been moved or is this even possible anymore? Maybe Tim wants eveyone to pay for Apple Music and disabled this. What a crock. Apple has gone so downhill in the last 3-5 years, it is unbelievable.

If anyone can help me, I would appreciate it.
