Tried to update brand new iPhone 11 and the Apple logo keeps blinking on and off. I tried to reset it completely but it’s not working still

Ok. I’ve observed that the new OS is buggy, you’re phone may have a digital glitch or physical problem. It seems that you’re phone might be stuck in boot loop. Have you dropped the phone recently?
Do you have another device that could take a picture of the incident?
a picture won’t show you what’s happening. The iPhone logo just keep going on and off every few seconds. Phone won’t turn on. I tried to reset it... still nothing. Hooked it up to my computer and tried to restore it that way. Nothing. Still blinking Apple logo every few seconds.
