Redeem video credits

I have three video credits on my account. I received these from three purchased movies that would not play. Video credits are not the same as redeeming itunes codes so please don't tell me how to do that. I an wondering how to ever redeem the video credits, because they have been sitting there, after many movie and song purchases, for years.
