Setting up new phone/Apple ID

When setting up my new phone with my regular apple id It also asked me for an old apple id password how do I tell if any of my apps or data are under another apple id?

Check your purchases history to see which apps/purchases weren’t made by the current ID.

Or you can try to set up Family Sharing between the IDs to keep access to your purchases.
