Lightening Cable Extension

I am looking for a lightening cable extension (female one end, male on the other). I am using Apple's "Lightening to USB 3 Camera Adapter" to send power and audio (from a soundboard) to my phone at the same time, which works great.

My problem is that I want the adapter on a table and my phone up on a tripod. My phone is mounted horizontally while recording, and the weight of the 2 cables and adapter is causing issues.

Does anyone know of a solution for this? I have not found a female to male lightening cable. Can I use a USB-C cable (I have found lightening to USB-C adapters)? Will the USB-C cable carry both power and audio?

This is very important to me and many others as I am trying to stream my kids activities during this crazy COVID time in which no one can watch live. Any creative ideas for me???

Take a look at this link, I have used this type of USB Extension cable for several of my USB items where I needed extra length and have even "daisy chained" more than one together.

Thank you! Will the USB cable carry both audio and power to my phone? I can try this: apple adapter (combines USB and lightening), lightening to USB adapter, usb extension, usb to lightening, into iPhone. Does that sound right?
