I recently had some money scammed from me through Apple Pay and I got refunded by my bank, but now Apple Pay says I’m in the negative of that amount I received from the bank. Is there a certain amount of time that I am given to zero out the Apple Pay balance? Or is there a way I can get it reversed?
Your bank did not refund you and should not have done anything. They simply took your money from Apple Cash and put it in your account.
Apple Cash cannot be refunded if you have been the victim of a scam. There is no buyer protection for Apple Cash. You must report it to the police and report it here - Get Support If the scam happened on social media (Facebook/Instagram, etc.) you need to let them know as well.
