I went to check my order status this morning and found that the tracking link couldn’t work (see: picture), I also checked tonight and found that my order list wouldnt load at all (see: picture). Should I get a refund?

I ordered a new Apple TV device last week and it was slow showing on the FedEx site. All the carriers are hammered right now. Mine was a day later that Apple's initial estimate, but arrived in good nick.
Did you call the number provided for "need more help"?
I believe the site is/was experiencing problems.
