iCloud endless loop to finish from restoring...

I've been trying for 5 days to get iCloud to finish installing from backup ... not only does it not end, it makes an endless loop where it reaches the end of the download and starts again.

I'm going to show in screenshots, how the download GB is remaining and then it starts again .. what is missing to download is 76 GB.

I already reset the network settings, I did a hard reset, the iPhone has plenty of space. we already tried everything

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 14

1rst screenshot says: restoring data of apps ( 71,39gb remains )

2rst screenshot says: restoring data of apps ( 9,51gb remains )

3rst screenshot says: restoring data of apps ( 3,43gb remains )

4rst screenshot says: restoring data of apps ( 73,76gb remains )

the screenshots shows how the restore is on a loop..

It suddenly, you see that the process almost finish but the backup of iCloud is stuck for a long time in the 99%... and start again from 0%....

this is only happening on WhatsApp app installing recovery. I think this can happen because the backup file is too big... (76gb)

Yes. I was tried with 2 different wifi (100mb of broadband)... connected without touching the phone, only to check the progress..

i was restored the network settings, and nothing... it download the app to 99% and then it start again from 0%

My iCloud has 300mb used from 2tb

My iPhone has 48gb used from 256gb.

You could try signing out of the device and back in, then try to backup again. Alternatively, you can try -- Get Support.

Yeah, I was contacted... but not response at the moment.. maybe tomorrow an ingenier contact me.... they was escalated the problem but without susses.
