unable performing purchase date update.

I recently bought MacBook, Apple authorised reseller in India but I am unable to update the purchase date on website, please help.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 10.15

An incorrect purchase date cannot be corrected online. You need to contact Apple Support by phone:
