Hi,
Today I am getting an error message when trying to copy files to iTunes. It is not happening on all files only some, which are mp3. I have tried to re convert them which still doesn't work.
The iTunes media file location is correct, and I have reset the cache however I am still getting this message at times.
I have never had this issue before, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Based on what you mentioned, you get an error when trying to copy MP3s to iTunes. According to the image, your folder is not found. Since you are certain you have the right location, you may need to change the permissions of the folder Change permissions for files, folders, or disks on Mac. Also, please review: If you can’t move or copy a file or folder on Mac.
You may also consider upgrading to use the Music app if possible. To do this, you'll want to Keep your Mac up to date.

What version of iTunes are you running on what version of macOS? What happens if you copy the files you want to add into the Automatically Add to iTunes (Music if Catalina or later) folder inside your media folder?

Thanks for your reply.
All the permissions for the files and folders and disk are all correct and are all Read/Write, as I they have been set like this for ever, so this is not the issue.
My Mac is up to date, and I only have begun to have with the last security update at the end of September. Before this I have never had any issues.
I don't particular want to update to Apple Music as I don't want to pay for another music streaming service, I would just like to add my music that I already own to my library files like I have been able to do for the last 10 years.
