Apple Watch unpaired and too many password attempts

My daughter was messing with my watch when she accidentally locked it with too many password reset. When I grabbed my phone I realized it was not paired anymore I tried hard restarting it but that does not work. What can I do to unlock my watch

But I can’t reset it by pressing crown button and side button. It’s again showing the same. I tried with phone but it’s showing watch is not connected. How do I sort it out?
