All of mine are marked error after following all the steps to sync to cloud

I’m trying to get a huge iTunes moves to the cloud off an old pc

I have updated I tunes on the oc and purchased the I tunes match and followed the instructions but all of my songs have an error code on them

iPad Air, iOS 9

See Identify cloud status icons in your music library on your Mac or PC - Apple Support for possible explanations. You can try right-clicking tracks marked as error (in batches) and use Add to Cloud Library to see if they will match or upload.
