My phone has no storage I need to upload my pictures in the cloud

iCloud is not an archive. In other words, if you sync photos with iCloud, then delete them from your iPhone, they were delete from the cloud as well. A better solution would be to upload the photos to your home computer and store them in your photos folder OR if your an Amazon Prime member, turn on Amazon photos to upload to or get a Google Photo account. Once safely stored, you can then delete them from your iPhone knowing they are safely stored.
