Help! Emails from same address joining same conversation in inbox
Hi everyone,
So, I use Apple Mail for my business email account. I have recently created a new online booking form which sends me booking requests from the same email address noreply@formresponse.com - Unfortunately what is happening, is every email with a booking request I receive (all from different customers) is coming into the same email thread. This is creating a lot of confusion and means I am sometimes confusing customers.
What I would like to do it work out a setting so that each email I receive from noreply@formresponse.com, starts its own conversation/thread so I am easier able to manage my bookings.
