Zoom on Ipad: Camera turns off when toggling between apps

Hi!

Is there a way to keep the camera on (so that other participants can still see me) when toggling between apps in a meeting? If I have notes on another app that I would like to look at while speaking, I will either toggle between apps or split my screen between Zoom and some other app. This leads to the camera switching off, leaving only my sound. Is there a way to prevent this?
