ipad pro "freezes" at the "restore" screen

I can't get it to update or restore. Also, lost itunes

Okay, you tried it all. So what happened when you contacted Apple Support? What suggestions did they offer?

Haven't called yet. I will this afternoon when I get off work. Wanted to stop by Apple store, but it looks like walk ins aren't allowed. Couldn't make appointment onllne.
