I recently purchased an iPad and I’m supposed to get a one year Apple TV free right ? But when I tried to activate it , it shows tht im not eligible for it .. I wanna know why!?

To redeem the offer for a free year of Apple TV+:
- You should buy a new iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, or Mac, from Apple or from an Apple Authorized Reseller.
- You have three months after first setting up your device to take advantage of the offer.
- You should redeem the offer in the Apple TV app on your new Apple device.
- Your device should be updated to the latest version OS (iPadOS 14.0.1 as of now).
