Airpods won’t connect to Lenovo Laptop!!

Hello! Recently my airpods won’t connect to my Lenovo Laptop which I usually connect my airpods to. The airpods pop up as “paired devices” but when I hit airpods it says connect for a second (it won’t actually connect) and then it goes away. I’ve tried everything. I reset my airpods, I turned off my Bluetooth and turned it back on, and I even unpaired the airpods from my laptop. Why is my laptop all of the sudden doing this?! Ps. My airpods do connect to my IPad and Phone and work just fine! Thank you!
