Stop converting your handwriting to text

With the new IOS14 it says i can stop converting my handwriting to text by turning off Scribble. That does not seem to work and i cant write anything in Notes at all now! When it is a on, it converts my handwriting into nonsense. I know my writing is not perfect but i can read it. But now i can’t use Notes as my virtual note pad. I’m on an IPad Pro and just want to make Notes like i used to...help...has anyone else had this problem?

Hello BLTB and welcome to Apple Support Communities. It appears you are having some difficulty with the Scribble function of the Notes app on an iPad Pro.

If you've already tried a normal restart, then try a forced restart and test again.
