I have a problem with my iPhone
I removed the iCloud and I resetting everything
now i update and when I take the SIM card says SIM NOT VALID

That message means that your phone is carrier locked. You will need to get a sim card from the carrier or ask them to unlock your phone.
It’s likely that, if the phone worked before you reset it, that it had been hacked to bypass carrier lock.
