My powerbeats3 refuse to start up

My headphones suddenly goes off and I can’t charge or power it up what should I do?

It sounds like you're having trouble with your headphones and we want to help.


Try and follow these steps to reset your Beats:

"Hold down these two buttons for 10 seconds:

    • Power button
    • Volume down button

When the LED indicator light flashes, release the buttons. Your earphones are now reset and ready to be set up with your devices again."
