my macbook air is draining a lot of battery than usual and gets heated

From a few days, specially after the Mac Catalina update I've been facing battery issues. Like battery is draining very very fast. Usually it takes about 4 hours to drop down battery from 99 to least like 30-20.But now battery doesn't last long. It is taking just 2 hours to drop down the same percentage.

There aren't any like loaded apps to drain like this.These days my Mac gets heated than usual.

What should I do to this issue.?Like to stop draining battery.? Could anyone suggest me a solution.?
