how to get a bypass code to unlock the device from Apple business manager

I have an iPad which assigned to the Apple business manager. However, the device is locked with a private apple ID act after reset and the previous staffs is no longer with us. How do I can unlock the device. Is there a way I can get a bypass code to unlock it from apple business manager?
