there isn't one. just two buttons for volume on the left and a toggle for turning ringer off. i tried to tell the customer service person i was just talking with. She said i sent link and to follow the instructions. just doesn't seem to be instructions for this type of iPhone SE

there is a button on top too. I think i was able to reset with holding that down and the button at bottom of screen.

Ah, you have a first generation SE. Yes, the “side” button is on top on that model.

The side button is on the opposite side from your volume buttons and mute switch:
