My iPhone 11 screen has separated from the case. There is about a 3/32" gap between the screen and the case along one side. I can push the screen down but it pops right back up. I have the phone in a case and although I've dropped it a few times in the past, there has been no apparent damage until now. So far, it still works.

Thanks for your quick response! I did take it to an Apple approved repairer and they confirmed that the battery was swollen. They indicated that I was lucky it did not crack the screen! Hopefully there is no other damage.
Correction, my iPhone is an iPhone X.
