Macbook Pro maximum capacity is not the same as the remaining charge

It says that it's fully charged but the maximum capacity is not the same as the remaining charge...

Recent macOS updates have changed the charging behavior of the Macs so the battery may not be 100% as macOS now continually drains the battery a bit in order to better preserve & extend battery life & health.
